Applicants and/or customers are permitted to have personal items in the vehicle during transport, not exceeding a total weight of 100 lbs. Any personal items exceeding the 100 lb limit will be subject to additional charges, which will be assessed and communicated prior to transport.
If a vehicle is required to be held or stored for a period exceeding seven (7) days between pickup and delivery, additional storage fees will apply. These fees will be calculated based on the duration of storage and will be communicated to the customer in advance where possible.
